Product Design

Ergonomics can also be applied to Product Design. Understanding the end-user requirements, observing users, and undertaking user trials will produce a user-friendly product. David has worked for several years for a leading Product Development consultancy IDEO. Products include phones, medical and dental products, postal equipment, ATMs and photocopiers.
