This is to establish the level of risk, and then advice can be given to reduce the risks. This may involve redesign of the task or work and use of lifting aids. Manual Handling training can also be provided giving specific advice for the individual tasks.
David has advised the Royal Mail on their manual handling training programme. He has undertaken many manual handling assessments within the Royal Mail.
